Idrink sugar free monster and NOS all the time. Well maybe 1 can/day and zero issues losing weight or getting kicked out of ketosis. Iagree that a 16oz coffee-flavored ice cream drink isn't good for you. I also don't think energy drinks are good for you, even if they are sugar-free. There's more in a sugar-free energy drink than caffeine and artificial sweeteners, though the artificial sweeteners alone are enough to have a conversation about as far as health concerns go.
Youprobably don't want to hear this. Energy drinks are horrible for you. I was drinking 1-2 sugar-free monsters a day for 10 years. I quit cold turkey back in July this year after some very concerning bloodwork. I have reversed the bloodwork results and actually regained so much energy. I fast 20:4 and drink one cup of black coffee a day.
